Two months ago, I stopped doing it all myself.
I had a business and no sales team — just me, trying to sell on top of building everything, answering support, and doing it all myself. It wasn't working, and I was running out of hours in the day.
So I changed the model. I posted a simple "I'm Hiring!" video on TikTok offering a straight 25% commission on every sale someone brought in — no salary, no upfront cost. I primed my own TikTok account for a week before posting anything, so my content would actually get seen. Then everyone, including me, ran the same daily routine: a few short videos a day, and a couple hundred outreach emails using an AI prospecting tool to find the right people.
No big team, no agency, no ad budget. Just a repeatable system run consistently for 30 days.
